  • Are well acquainted with the territory that they are responsible for
  • Have at least one of the staff member who is a Technical Degree/Diploma holder

How is an Incept Service Partners’ profit calculated?

  • For every product sold to a customer, the Incept Service Partner earns a Sales Fee. If installation is also a part of the sale, the Incept Service Partner receives Sales Fee+ Installation Fee
  • In some cases, where the sale is done through Incept core team directly, the Incept Service Partner may be expected to provide only Installation and hence will get just the Installation Fee.

Your responsibilities as an Incept Service Partner and ours

As an Incept Service Partner, you're responsible for:

  • Targetting every small and medium enterprise in your allotted territory
  • Installation and Service to customers
  • After Sales support for Incept systems
  • Collection of money, if payment is made via cheque

Incept is responsible for:

  • Receiving orders and payments for products, shipping of products. We will send the product to customer directly and collect money online, or through cheque payments
  • Help in Lead generation, with marketing collaterals
  • Certified Training Session for Incept Service Partners (1 or 2 days: Sales Training and Technical Installation/ Services Training)
